The Global Association of Events and Hospitality Professionals (GAEHP) successfully organized another memorable edition of its flagship LEAPTrip (Learn โ€ข Experience โ€ข Analyse โ€ข Participate) in the spiritual city of Varanasi, bringing together travel and hospitality professionals from across India for an immersive networking and experiential journey.

Unlike a conventional familiarization trip, GAEHP LEAPTrip was designed to provide members with firsthand destination experiences while fostering meaningful business relationships and professional collaboration.

A Unique Stay on the Iconic Gangotri Cruise

One of the highlights of the journey was the exclusive overnight stay aboard the Gangotri Cruise, offering participants a rare opportunity to experience the beauty and serenity of the River Ganga. Members enjoyed premium hospitality, comfortable accommodation, and breathtaking views, making the stay truly unforgettable.

Experiencing the Soul of Varanasi

The itinerary allowed members to witness the timeless charm of one of the world’s oldest living cities. From the peaceful ghats and vibrant local culture to the city’s rich spiritual heritage, every experience reflected the essence of Varanasi.

Participants explored the destination not only as travellers but also as tourism professionals, gaining valuable insights into its immense potential for leisure, group travel, MICE, and experiential tourism.

Culinary Experience at Shree Shivay Thali

The journey concluded with an authentic dining experience at Shree Shivay Thali, where members enjoyed the traditional flavours of Varanasi. The meal beautifully showcased the region’s culinary heritage and added another memorable chapter to the overall experience.

Networking Beyond Boundaries

The LEAPTrip also created an excellent platform for members to connect, exchange ideas, strengthen business relationships, and explore future collaborations. Such interactions continue to reinforce GAEHP’s mission of building a stronger and more connected hospitality and travel community.
