Press Release & Briefing

•     Presentation of GAEHP’s objectives, initiatives, and future roadmap.
•     Q&A session with the press (if time permits).

7:00 PM – 7:15 PM
Inauguration & Lighting of the Lamp

•     Welcome of VIPs and dignitaries.
•     Lamp-lighting ceremony by the Chief Guest and other VIPs.

7:15 PM – 8:00 PM
VIP Felicitation

•     Felicitation of VIPs and key contributors to the hospitality and events industry.
•     Short speeches by the Chief Guest and other dignitaries.

8:00 PM onward

• Cocktail & Dinner
• Networking session over cocktails and dinner.
